Description:
The iQBC course provides an in-depth understanding of Group Quality of Service (QoS).
This course explains how iDirectGov’s Group QoS feature works and shows students how to configure, manage and troubleshoot the QoS feature. The course is presented in a clear and technical manner through a combination of lectures, demonstrations and practical hands-on exercises.

- Group QoS Architecture
- Configuring Group QoS in iBuilder (with an example)
- Group QoS Monitoring
- Group QoS Upgrade/Conversion of Legacy QoS Rules Demonstration
** iDirect Government strongly suggests using multiple PC Monitors to attend all online classes which are held via Microsoft teams with Windows Remote Desktop (RDP).**
